Some time had passed from the first contact with Marty the Realtor. In a later review of potential investment properties listed on a link he sent me, I kept returning to one particular house, a round one that was intriguing.
I sent Marty the Realtor an inquiry but he never followed through, never responded, so after a time I bailed on him and contacted another Realtor to make inquiries. You snooze...you lose!
Steve the Realtor followed up immediately..... No snoozing there!
